Do I need any yoga experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Yin Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice accessible to all levels. We guide you through every posture, adjusting the session to your body's unique needs. Whether you're completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the practice meets you where you are.

What should I bring to my session?

Just wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and all props needed for your practice. If you have a favorite eye pillow or personal item that helps you relax, feel free to bring it along.

What's included in a private session?

Your 90-minute session includes a fully personalized Yin Yoga practice with postures tailored to your body, a dedicated Sound Bath with Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, all necessary props and equipment, and herbal tea with integration time afterward to ease you back into the world.

Is Yin Yoga suitable if I have physical limitations?

Yin Yoga is one of the most adaptable practices available. Every posture can be modified with props to accommodate injuries, limited flexibility, or chronic conditions. Please let us know about any physical concerns when booking so we can prepare variations that support your body safely.

Can I book a session with my partner or friends?

Absolutely! Our private sessions welcome 1-2 people (750K IDR), making them perfect for couples or close friends. For small groups of 3-4 people, we offer dedicated group sessions (1000K IDR) that include gentle partner-assisted stretches and shared integration time.

How is this different from a regular yoga class?

Unlike flow-based yoga classes, Yin targets deep connective tissues by holding floor postures for 3-5 minutes or longer.
