TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Payment:
a. All bookings for workshops, classes, and services must be made in advance through Whatsapp or by contacting info@ayutyas.com.
b. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
c. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@ayutyas.com. The date of cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received in Bali.
b. Cancellations made 3 days or less before the workshop or treatment begins will not be refunded; however, your spot is transferable.
c. No refunds will be given for any workshops or services not used during the event.
3. Participation and Punctuality:
a. Participation in classes and workshops is only possible if students arrive at the facility or online service on time.
b. Due to organizational reasons and consideration of other participants, students arriving late will not be admitted once classes/workshops have started.
4. Health and Safety:
a. The services offered by Ayutyas do not substitute medical treatments under the supervision of a professional or prescription medication.
b. Students must inform Ayutyas of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in classes or workshops.
c. Staff members of Ayutyas have the right to deny students access to classes and workshops if they have good reason to assume that the physical and/or mental condition of a student may inhibit their ability to participate in the practice.
5. Liability:
a. Ayutyas is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during classes, workshops, or while using the facilities.
b. Students participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
6. Privacy:
a. Ayutyas respects the privacy of its students and clients and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent.
b. By booking a service or workshop, students agree to receive promotional emails from Ayutyas. Students may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
7. Intellectual Property:
a. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Ayutyas during classes, workshops, and services remain the property of Ayutyas.
b. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent from Ayutyas.
8. Amendments:
a. Ayutyas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. It is the responsibility of the student or client to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
9. Important Information for Non-Interactive Sessions:
a. Results will be delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
b. Tyas will address only the questions submitted during the booking process.
c. Additional questions or clarifications after the results are sent will require a new consultation
