- Booking and Payment:
- To secure your session, full payment must be made and proof of payment sent within 2 hours of booking. If payment is not made within 2 hours of booking, your booking will be canceled and the slot opened for others.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Bookings are transferable, allowing clients to pass their session to someone else if necessary.
- Ayutyas reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed promptly.
- Refund Policy:
- A satisfaction guarantee applies to all tarot consultations. If the session does not meet your expectations, you may request a 50% refund.
- Refunds are not available for missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice).
- Session Guidelines:
- Tarot consultations are designed to provide insights and guidance but should not replace professional advice for medical, legal, or financial matters.
- Clients are encouraged to approach the session with an open mind for the best experience.
- Ayutyas reserves the right to cancel the session without refund if a client attempts to harm, mock, test, or put the reader in a corner.
- The session starts on time. If the client shows up late, the duration of the session will be reduced accordingly.
- Privacy:
- Ayutyas respects the privacy of its clients and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent.
- By booking a service or workshop, clients agree to receive promotional emails from Ayutyas. Clients may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
- Disclaimer:
- The outcomes of a tarot consultation depend on the client’s current energy and actions. Ayutyas does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for decisions made based on the session's insights.
- Intellectual Property:
- All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Ayutyas during classes, workshops, and services remain the property of Ayutyas.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent from Ayutyas.
- Amendments:
- Ayutyas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of the client to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
